Hours ago, Pokémon announced a new giveaway for the players of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.
On August 13th, Pokémon X players can get a level 50 Heracross and Pokémon Y players can get a level 50 Pinsir. This is noticeable since these two Pokémon are exclusive to the other game. In addition, starting August 18th, by going to a GameStop store, you can get an access code to download the matching Mega Stone for the Pokémon you downloaded to your game.
Furthermore, if you pre-order Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, you’ll receive an exclusive poster from GameStop.
My Opinion:
This is another nice giveaway that the company is doing to thank their players. Though I love this idea, it is a bit backhanded of them to also encourage players to pre-order the game (which I plan on doing soon myself). Either way, I’m excited to get a new Pokémon!
