Funko’s POP! line of vinyl figurines boasts an impressive stable of licenses, but the latest is the most terrifying.
With Resident Evil 7 set to release January 2017, fans are clamoring for merchandise to celebrate — and Funko is delivering in the cutest way imaginable. The first line of Resident Evil POP! Vinyl figures includes S.T.A.R.S. member Jill Valentine in her costume from the first game, Resident Evil 2’s Licker, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis’s titular villain, and Leon S. Kennedy in his Resident Evil 4 attire.
These items will cost about $9.99 each, and like the other POP! figures, will be available pretty much everywhere starting in January. There are also rumors of a Hot Topic exclusive, but no further confirmation has been given.

UPDATE:
Two additional POPS! have been revealed: a Hot Topic exclusive 6” Tyrant, and a 6” Hunter available only at GameStop. Pricing information for these deluxe items is still unknown.
My Opinion:
I’ve avoided the POP! craze for years, aside from my lonely Batman Beyond who watches from his perch atop my monitor… but they’ve suckered me with this assortment. You best believe these are bought on sight! Now, here’s hoping for a Resident Evil 5 Wesker and Resident Evil 6 Chris Redfield to complete the set.

Agreed! The Hunter is weirdly cute too, although it’s a little odd that he’s a 6″ figure.
At this point, it’s only a matter of time before Funko takes over the world.
