SPECTACULAR! My first weekend with my brand new PlayStation 4 was amazing! It was far better than I expected. After getting through the first few hours of PSN problems, I never had another issue again. I was able to turn on my PS4 without fail, log in each and every time, use the PSN Store whenever I wanted so that I could download all of the free games, and use all of the new features including the Twitch livestreaming application without any problems! I expected there to be a much bigger issue with the network, as some of you may have experienced, but I seem to have been lucky this time.

I was able to play a lot of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Contrast, and Resogun this weekend as well as get a little time in with the new Playroom app and start Warframe. I am pleasantly surprised to tell you there is not a single game that I disliked out of those. They are all great and I can’t wait to get more time in on each. I also have Killzone: Shadowfall, Knack, Call of Duty: Ghosts, and Blacklight: Retribution to try out as soon as I can. Each and every game booted up quickly and the loading times were all brief. I have absolutely no complaints about the games on PlayStation 4 thus far.

This was only the first weekend in a LONG line of weekends that I will be spending with my PS4. There are so many more things left to experience, and even more games left to play.
