Are you sad that Shenmue III will be digital only? You will not be after reading this news.

Shenmue III is a huge Kickstarter success, and now it has added the option for a physical copy of the game. The only way to receive one is to back it at or over the $60 level. Both PC and PS4 physical copies are available; however, backing at the $60 level does not bar backers from receiving a digital copy. Whenever Kickstarter finishes, backers will be sent a survey that confirms their platform and type of copy. For anyone who does not back the game, so far it seems the physical game is restricted to Kickstarter.

As of writing this, the Kickstarter has 9 days to go and has received $4.5 million dollars.

My Opinion:

I personally prefer physical copies when given the choice; I do not mind digital, I just hate waiting for a game to download.
