Spiders Studios has released new information and five new images showing off the character customization in Bound by Flame.

According to the official Bound by Flame website, “When you start a new game, you are free to choose your character’s look: gender (which will affect some of the dialog, particularly with companions and potential romances), facial features, ethnicity and hairstyles.”

The website then goes on to say how you will find and create new pieces of armor with the “ingenious in-game crafting system”. These new pieces of armor will affect your combat tactics, bonuses, and customize your appearance with “shoulder pads, knee pads and a range of other protective features, each having a particular style”.

Bound by Flame will be available on PlayStation4, PlayStation3, Xbox 360 and PC on May 9, 2014.

My Opinion:

Potential romances? Oh heck yeah! Haha. Every time new screenshots or trailers are released for Bound by Flame, I get more and more excited. I can’t wait to play around with all of the different combinations for character customization!
