Sony has filed for trademarks for two video games: Entwined and KILL STRAIN.
The filings for Entwined and KILL STRAIN were filed on the 14th and 15th of April 2014 respectively. These two have been filed under “Computer game software; Downloadable computer game software via a global computer network and wireless devices; Video game software”. This confirms that these claims are for video games, leaving no doubt. The platform that these games will come out for has yet to be announced.
Given its proximity to E3, these claims may very well be titles to video games. This follows Microsoft filing similar trademarks for Eden Falls and Screamride.
My Opinion
There is very little I can say here except that these titles have some potential. I mean, KILL STRAIN was filed for IN ALL CAPS. With both Sony and Microsoft having new trademarks announced, I almost guarantee that this E3 is gonna be a good one indeed.
