Beta Open To All PC Players
IGN reported yesterday that the Battlefield Hardline Beta has been extended, and is now open to all PC players.
The Battlefield Blog also listed some unique features and rewards for players who participate in the beta:
- Instant Access into the Battlefield Hardline Beta for PC (when selecting PC as your platform)
- Weapon camo/skin in Battlefield Hardline
- Weapon sight in Battlefield Hardline
- Additional Battlefield Hardline content
- Unique dog tag in Battlefield 4
The gear will be available when the game releases on October 21, 2014. The Battlefield 4 unique dog tag will be available in the game next month.
Additionally, some challenges were highlighted for the beta:
- Reach Rank 10, Get a Special Battlepack at Launch: Score a special Battlepack in the retail launch of Battlefield Hardline by reaching rank 10 during the beta. (This reward is open to both PC and PS4 players.)
Enable Facebook Sharing, Get $1K In-Game Cash: Enable Facebook Sharing when firing up Battlefield Hardline or through the in-game Options and land yourself $1K in-game cash to spend on additional weapons and gadgets. (This reward is open to both PC and PS4 players.)
My Opinion:
I have heard a lot of stuff about Battlefield Hardline. From the reveal at E3 to user reviews and trailers; a lot of information and opinions abound. I got into the beta now that it’s open. I never played Battlefield 4, so I could use a chance to get back into the series.
Dustin LaRoe is pretty awful at games. If you want proof, watch him on Twitch as Guy105. His Gamertag and Steam ID are Guy 105.
