Pokémon Company announced that they will be giving away a free Vivillion to celebrate the 100,000,000th trade on the Global Trade Station in Pokémon X & Y.

Vivillion is a Bug and Flying-type Pokémon that has unique wing patterns based on the player’s global location. Including this new style of Vivillion, there are now 20 different types of wing patterns.

Collectors should check the Nintendo Network soon, because this giveaway will be gone before you know it!

My Opinion:
This is a great nod to the fans that the Pokémon Company is doing. They’re not only giving a free Pokémon to players, but they’re also celebrating an insane milestone. Kudos to you, and to millions more trades!
