Announced back at Sony’s E3 2014 conference, Sony revealed the HD Remake of LucasArts’ classic adventure title Grim Fandango. At the time it was announced, there was no confirmation what platforms the game would be exclusive to.

However, a tweet from Gio Corsi (Head of Sony’s Third Party Production) has confirmed that the HD Remake of Grim Fandango will be console exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. A tweet from Double Fine Productions also confirms the game will  be available on PC, Mac and Linux.

While no official release date has been set for Grim Fandango, Double Fine Productions has confirmed that all platform versions of the game will release simultaneously.

My Opinion:
I have never played Grim Fandango as it was a game that was released before I even started playing video games. However, I have heard about it and seen it on YouTube tribute videos when LucasArts was shut down. I guess it’s time to see what made this game a cult classic.
