Weekends are meant strictly for gaming; at least that’s what we think. Here is where you can find out all of our crazy plans for the upcoming weekend!

Courtney Osborn, Founder & Editor in Chief:

I will be splitting my time between Destiny and Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment. Both games will require a HUGE time sink for me so I wanna get as much done as I can in each.  If you wanna join the MONG Destiny clan, go here!

 

Myles Farrington, Senior Editor:

Destiny has been my life for this whole week, and it will continue to be my life for this weekend. It’s all I have… and I’m not exactly sad about that.

 

Jesse Webster, Senior Writer:

I’ve been playing Splinter Cell: Blacklist these past few days and when I’m done with that I think I’ll play Persona 2. I am going to continue to play the Super Smash Bros. for 3DS demo also. I’m just waiting to pick up Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

 

Aaron Dobbe, Associate Writer:

I’m gonna try to make the most of this calm period before all my preorders arrive later this month. I’ll be practicing with the fantastic Super Smash Bros. for 3DS demo, maybe get some Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate in, and probably watch a little anime.

 

Alex DeLaPena, Associate Writer:

This weekend I’ll continue to play Destiny. So far, I’ve enjoyed it much more than I expected to! I’ll probaby pepper in some Velocity 2X as well. Must. Get. Perfects.

 

Audrey Lips, Associate Writer:

Aside from playing Destiny (obviously) I’ll be playing Diablo III. It’ll be hard to tear me away from my TV this weekend… Month… Year

 

Benjamin Luthi, Associate Writer:

If my house is still intact after the kid’s birthday party this weekend, I’ll probably fire up all the old Smash Bros. games in preparation for the 3DS version in a couple of weeks. Or maybe I won’t. No one can really know for sure.

 

Darius Purse, Associate Writer:

I’ve been enjoying Velocity Ultra on my Vita, so will spend more time playing that.  Will also take some time to get back to playing Tearaway.

 

Darwin Leuba, Associate Writer:

I think this is a great weekend to play some Smash Bros. Wii, especially since I don’t have a demo code for the 3DS… yet.

 

Dustin LaRoe, Associate Editor:

I just finished the last bit of story content I did in the beta in Destiny, so I’ll be working on the main story with all new, fresh content finally. I look forward to nabbing my first set of Dead Orbit Faction Gear, but I don’t look forward to the required work to get it. It’s surreal to be on the precipice of all new Destiny content even though I have been playing for the last three days already. I need to make sure that I enjoy the story. It’s all the good times of Halo all over again.

 

Harry Loizides, Associate Editor:

I just got the Super Smash Bros. for 3DS DEMO; literally geeking out. Oh yea, I’m also working on The Keep, so keep your eyes peeled for a review on that 😉 But mostly SMASH.

 

Jake Dekker, Associate Writer:

I’m sure it doesn’t come as a surprise, but I will be spending my weekend playing Destiny.  I have already hit level 20, but I am still itching to go back in and collect legendary gear, compete in The Crucible, and engage in strike missions with friends.

 

Landon Luthi, Associate Writer:
