Evolution 2017 has been a steady supply of character announcements for fighting games. Arc System Works has announced many, including the news of Jubei coming to BlazBlue: Central Fiction.

While Jubei has appeared in the series as an NPC, this will mark the first time he is playable. The cat-person and master swordsman plays a pivotal role in BlazBlue lore. Check out his introduction trailer below and look for his release sometime this summer.

 

 

My Opinion:

Among the Arc System Works fighting series, BlazBlue is the one I have the least familiarity with. Still, a cat person who is also a master swordsman is a pretty cool character.
