Ratchet & Clank HD Coming to PlayStation Vita

The Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy is coming to PlayStation Vita this July, according to the official European PlayStation Blog.

“Since the HD trilogy was released, one of the biggest requests from many [PlayStation fans] was for a version of the Trilogy to come to PlayStation Vita. We’ve heard you loud and clear.”

Currently, the PlayStation Vita port, helmed by Sony and Mass Media, is only announced for Europe and Australia. European Vita owners can purchase the game on July 2nd while Australian owners will have to wait until July 9th.

“We’re really excited by how well the PS Vita port of the HD Trilogy has turned out. It looks amazing and is a terrific way to play the classic Ratchet & Clank adventures” the PlayStation blog concludes.

The Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy will retail for €29.99.

My Opinion:

I spent the majority of my high school years playing PC or Nintendo games, and I never had the money or want to purchase a PlayStation 2. Yet I always held a certain jealousy when I saw the Ratchet & Clank installments advertised on TV; they just look so fun and charming! I really hope Sony brings this collection over to the ‘States, as I really want a chance to play through these.
