During the Xbox Live E3 pre-show, Xbox Community manager Larry Hryb revealed that Happy Wars is going to come to the Xbox One.

In the trailer, a highlighted feature is the ability to cross-platform play between the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One versions of the game. A second feature is the ability to play four-player split screen multiplayer modes. New characters and gameplay were also mentioned.

My Opinion:

I played a bit of Happy Wars on the Xbox 360. It was a fun free-to-play game, but ultimately I lost interest pretty quickly. It is good however to have more and more games up on the Xbox One.
