Level 5 – known for games like Ni No Kuni, Dark Cloud, and White Knight Chronicles – has announced their next game Fantasy Life is coming exclusively to Nintendo 3DS in October.

The announcement came right after Nintendo’s E3 Digital Event in a trailer (seen below).  Fantasy Life is described as an RPG that allows you to have different jobs to make a life for your character.  You will be able to go on adventures to save the world – such as fighting dragons – or you can spend your time doing things like cooking or fishing.

Fantasy Life is scheduled for release October 24, 2014 for Nintendo 3DS.

My Opinion:

Initially I was a little disappointed that this is coming to 3DS instead of Wii U.  However, after watching the trailer, I am extremely excited.  I might be pawning off some things to grab a 3DS before October.  Level 5 is one of my favorite developers, as I have never played a game of theirs that I disliked.  Let’s hope this continues with Fantasy Life.
