Alas, it seems that the Vita is not Faster Than Light. One of the co-creators of FTL: Faster Than Light explained the reason behind the spaceship simulator not coming to the Sony handheld despite previously being on iPad.

In response to a fan asking about a Vita version of the game, Justin Ma stated that even though it was looked at for quite a while, “the screen is too small for us”.

My Opinion:

I hate for that to be a reason why this rougelike couldn’t make it onto the handheld. The screen is large enough for me! It makes me wonder if this is the reason more publishers don’t put their games on the Vita. Then again, it might be because people just don’t like the handheld that much.
