Infinity Ward Gets Naughty Dog Designers

It seems Call of Duty is searching for help in the dog house. Two designers from Naughty Dog have left the studio to join the veterans at Infinity Ward.

Taylor Kurosaki, a designing veteran that was with Naughty Dog for 12 years, tweeted that he was glad to be the narrative director at Infinity Ward. Jacob Mirkoff has also joined the developer as a design director.

You might remember Kurosaki from Jak 3, X and the first Uncharted game, while Mirkoff’s best work may be the opening scene of Uncharted 2.

My Opinion:

Yay, Call of Duty might actually have a decent story. Kidding aside, this would be great to see. After the story in Ghosts was underwhelming, this could bring Call of Duty back into its former glory. I loved the Jak trilogy, and Naughty Dog even more. I can’t wait until this game comes out.
