Sony Finally Shows Off Until Dawn on PS4

Today at Gamescom, Sony and Supermassive Games revealed new details about Until Dawn. The game was originally for PlayStation 3, and since then it has been completely remade for the PlayStation 4.

Until Dawn is a horror game about eight friends staying at a cabin in the woods on their yearly vacation. During a snowstorm, they become trapped and someone is hunting them one by one.

Until Dawn was first revealed in 2012 as a PlayStation Move title, but will now use a standard controller with the move to PlayStation 4.  The game was remade with a darker storyline and the choices you make with each character can either kill them or make them survive the night.

No more information has been released for Until Dawn, but it is likely to come out exclusively for PlayStation 4 later next year.

My Opinion:

While a “cabin in the woods” story isn’t that new, what they might have in store and the ability to either die or survive is interesting. It’s too soon to tell, but it looks promising.
