Moments ago, the Pokémon Company debuted a new Mega Evolution to participants of the Pokémon World Championships.
The new Mega Evolution, Mega Slowbro, was previously leaked by the Korean Pokémon website (and quickly removed). The clip showcases Mega Slowbro where he uses moves such as Fire Blast and Amnesia. In addition, the video states explicitly that the Pokémon can “endure strong moves” alluding that its Defense and Special Defense stats are greatly improved.
Mega Slowbro will be available in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire in North America on November 21, 2014.
My Opinion:
We all saw this coming since the leak of Mega Slowbro and Mega Audino. The design looks a bit strange that the shell is now covering the majority of its body, but who am I to complain. If anything, it just gets me more excited to get, play, and explore the region!
