A Collector’s Edition has been revealed by Capcom for the next game in the Monster Hunter series for Nintendo 3DS, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. This edition will have a few goodies for Monster Hunter fans.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will be released sometime in 2015 for the Nintendo 3DS. The Collector’s Edition will come with:

• Gore Magala Monster Figurine
• A Monster Hunter cleaning cloth. Capcom did say that the logo in the cloth isn’t the final design.
• A Monster Hunter lanyardA Felyne pin
• A Felyne pin
• They will all come in a box that resembles the Supply boxes in the game.

You can pre-order the Collector’s Edition at GameStop for $59.99, but Capcom does warn that supplies are limited and it’s only for North America. GameStop has Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate with a March 31, 2015 release date, but Capcom hasn’t confirmed or denied it.

My Opinion

This is a pretty cool Collector’s Edition for Monster Hunter, I’m just surprised that Rathalos isn’t the one getting the figurine treatment. Still, if I can, I’ll try to get the collector’s edition, but if I can’t, then it’s no big loss.
