Fans of the Caped Crusader are going to have to wait a little longer than expected to get their hands on Batman: Arkham Knight.
Batman: Arkham Knight, the final chapter in Rocksteady’s Arkham series, will be released worldwide on June 2nd, 2015. It was originally planned to launch on October 14th but was delayed earlier this year until 2015. There were rumors that it might release in February, however Rocksteady never confirmed nor denied this.
Rocksteady also revealed the limited and collector’s editions of Batman: Arkham Knight.
Limited Edition – $99.99:
- Custom Artbook
- Steelbook Case
- Arkham Knight Comic Book #0
- Character Skin Pack
- Limited Edition Batman Statue
Batmobile Edition – $199.99:
- Custom Artbook
- Steelbook Case
- Arkham Knight Comic Book #0
- Character Skin Pack
- Limited Edition Transforming Batmobile Statue
Both collector’s editions are available for pre-order now.
My Opinion:
It is a little disappointing that Arkham Knight is coming out even later than expected, but I’d rather wait a bit longer and get a well-polished product. The collector’s editions are also exciting, however it is a bit frustrating that the Batmobile Edition does not come with the limited edition Batman statue.
