Weekends are meant strictly for gaming; at least that’s what we think. Here is where you can find out all of our crazy plans for the upcoming weekend!

Courtney Osborn, Founder & Editor in Chief:

Since I just platinumed Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, I suppose I should move on right?  I think I will probably move on to The Evil Within (during the day) and either Pokémon X or Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment the rest of the time.

 

Myles Farrington, Senior Editor:

Between my mother’s birthday and my great grandmother’s 89th birthday, I’ll be doing a lot of driving between the two cities they live in to celebrate the occasions. All in all, it’s gonna be a great weekend of family fun interlaced with Destiny, as per usual.

 

Jesse Webster, Senior Writer:

Playing Persona 4 Arena Ultimax here and there and Shin Megami Tensei IV. I bought DLC for SMTIV so griding won’t be too big of a problem anymore.

 

Aaron Dobbe, Associate Writer:

I’ll be playing Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus almost exclusively this weekend, in preparation for its review. When I want to take a break from that, I’ll be playing around with my newly-arrived New 3DS; keep an eye out for a hands-on impressions piece soon!

 

Alex DeLaPena, Associate Writer:

After ‘platinuming’ Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor this week (tricky lvl 25 runes!!!) I’ll be using the weekend to finish up a couple games that need completing, namely, Valiant Hearts and Velocity 2X. If I am able to get through those I’ll be engaging in the always exciting task of starting something new! Perhaps Fez, Dust, or Transistor…decisions..decisions.

 

Audrey Lips, Associate Writer:

I have a LOT of papers to catch up on for school, so I’ll probably mostly be doing that… Maybe watching some crappy horror movies on Netflix and playing Super Smash Bros. on the 3DS if I have some time between sleeping for 2 hours and writing coughprocrastinatingcough papers.

 

Dustin LaRoe, Associate Editor:

Time for some more Destiny this weekend. I just got a PS4 last week, but I can’t tear myself away from Destiny long enough to hook it up and try it out. I’m so addicted.

 

Tyler Bartlemus, Associate Writer:

Currently I am working my way through The Evil Within for review, so I will continue to do so this weekend.
