Find out what what lurks in The Dark Below in the newly leaked Destiny DLC cinematic.

The approaching DLC for Destiny, The Dark Below is still a couple weeks away, but the opening cinematic has leaked on YouTube.The YouTube video was uploaded earlier today by user Mr Jester6598 who claims he cannot explain how to get access to the video as it was an error. Now we can all watch it below.

The menacing voice in the opening is Eris, a new character from the DLC who has lived among the Hive for many years but warns that they are trying to summon a god to destroy Earth. Eris will be in the tower to offer new quests and three new missions. There is a new cooperative strike, a new six-player raid, and three new PvP arenas. Other features include new weapons and armor, a raised Light Level cap to 32, and five added bounty slots.

The Dark Below is slated for release on December 9th for $19.99 / £19.99 or packaged with another expansion, House of Wolves for $34.99 / £34.99.

My Opinion:

Even though this leak was accidental, it just helps the buzz around the upcoming DLC. Destiny has slowly grown on me and I might have to take the plunge into the Dark Below.
