Sony’s Studio Japan and From Software showed off an impressive trailer at The Game Awards.

The trailer had a rather ghoulish tone while showcasing multiplayer and a small detail of story. The combat sequences displayed parties of two and three players fighting various monsters in various settings.

The highlights of the trailer came in the form of a flame thrower weapon that seemed all too powerful for a From Software title, and a moment in which the narrator addresses the player, stating the he too is turning into one of these villainous monsters.

My Opinion:

This trailer was fantastic. It got me even more hyped than I already was for one of my most anticipated games of 2015. The flamethrower weapon looks awesome but I’m sure there will be a catch to its effective power. This trailer also made my more excited for the multiplayer.
