Due to all the recent uproar concerning outages of the PlayStation Network, Sony announced via the PlayStation Blog that both the Holiday Sale and Flash Sale will be extended. 

The Holiday Sale will be extended until 12p.m. PST on January 6th. and the Flash Sale was extended until 12p.m. PST on December 31st.

In the Holiday Sale, you can pick up PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Vita games as well as tv shows and movies for up to 70% off with a PlayStation Plus membership. Games like Grand Theft Auto 5 and Battlefield 4 are on the list of items on sale.

The Flash Sale offers up to 75% off PS3 and PS4 titles like Dragon Age:Inquisition, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Destiny, Tales from the Borderlands – Season Pass and many more.

My Opinion:

I’m very happy they are doing this due to all the outages of PSN that even halted access to purchase games. I personally would’ve missed out on some great deals without this extension. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to grab some good games on discount!
