The 2015 gaming season is off. During today’s Nintendo Direct, it was announced that Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will release exclusively on New 3DS consoles on April 2, 2015.
Up until this point, the game only had a Japanese release date, but Nintendo has now confirmed its western arrival. Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will be packed with new material such as new 3D visuals and a slew of information available to the user via the 3DS bottom screen.
This huge open world RPG is able to be ported to the New 3DS due to its increased CPU power. It is being ported over by the Monster Games, the same studio that ported Donkey Country Returns to the 3DS.
My Opinion:
YES and WOW! Let the games begin. I am very excited for Nintendo this year and am looking forward to a Nintendo centric year for gaming. Xenoblade Chronicles is a fantastic game and the fact that I’m going to be able to take it with me on the go is SWEET!
