As fans wait for the new adventures of Link for the Wii U, Nintendo announced that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will get a HD remaster coming early 2016.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is an updated version of the original game which came out in 2006 on the Nintendo Wii. With new updated visuals and most likely new control methods to accommodate the Wii U gamepad, Amiibo support will be added.
When you get the game, you also get the exclusive Wolf Link amiibo. Also compatible with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is five amiibos; Toon Link, Zelda, Link, Sheik and Ganondorf all from the Super Smash Brothers Series. As a pre-order bonus, you’ll get the game’s soundtrack as well.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD will arrive exclusively for the Wii U on March 4, 2016.
My Opinion:
If I had a Wii U, I would snatch this up as soon as I could. I only played a few hours of the game when it first came out and I enjoyed it. With a new Zelda title coming to Wii U late 2016, this seems like the perfect game to play as you wait for the main game.
