Take a little bit Max Payne, a little bit Matrix, and add a talking banana, and out comes something like My Friend Pedro: Blood Bullets Bananas.
The work of Deadtoast, My Friend Pedro is a stylish, acrobatic, 2D bonanza of a shooter. Originating as a flash game, it has evolved into something much more full fledged. MFP is currently in development for Windows, Linux, and Mac, and now has a publisher in Devolver Digital.
Coinciding with the news is a new gameplay trailer demonstrating what playing a level might be like upon release. Seeing the game in action is the best way to understand the acrobatic mayhem My Friend Pedro brings. Check out the backflipping, bullet-spraying trailer below and new Steam page here.
My Opinion:
Man this game looks really cool and like a lot of fun. The slo-mo shooting action on display with dual weapons really adds that much more to each kill.
