There was a lot of anticipation going into Sony’s E3 2017 Press Conference. One of the most anticipated games was no doubt Marvel’s Spider-Man from Insomniac Games.

First glimpsed during last years press conference, Spider-Man received a full gameplay demo this year. Everyone’s favorite web-slinger battled goons on a construction site, pursued a havoc-wrecking helicopter and swung through Manhattan in acrobatic style.

Check out all the web-slinging action in the trailer below and look for Spider-Man to crawl onto the PlayStation 4 in 2018.

 

 

My Opinion:

This was easily one of the standout games for me at Sony’s conference. The combat and movement looked really fluid, and I liked the multiple ways Spider-Man used his webbing to interact with the environment. The quick-time moments definitely helped to give the action a cinematic flair.
