A trailer for a new Battlefield game, Battlefield Hardline, was leaked on Battlelog, but has since been removed.

The trailer stated that Battlefield Hardline will be released in Autumn 2014.

Battlefield Hardline is expected to make an appearance at EA’s E3 press conference, which, we assume was where the trailer was expected to make it’s debut.

This will be the first Battlefield game not developed by DICE, but instead it will be Visceral Games, the developer of Dead Space, developing this game.

My Opinion:

This is not a surprise, EA stated a while back that they wanted a shooter every year to compete with Activision but they do not want a series that releases annually but instead two main series that are biennial.
