For the next 13 days, Humble Bundle, a charity drive where you can set your own price on games, has a new bundle featuring games made or published by 2K. The pricing plan is a “pay what you want” model, with the minimum price being a dollar.
Keep in mind that the more money you put in, the more games you get. Paying the minimum will get you:
- Bioshock
- The Bureau: XCOM Declassified
- The Darkness II
If you play more than $7.47 you will also get:
- Bioshock II
- Spec Ops: The Line
- Mafia II
If you pay more than $20.00 you’ll receive two additional games:
- XCOM: Enemy Unknown
- Bioshock: Infinite
You can divide your payments to anything you like between Humble Bundle, 2K, charity, or a mixture of all three. The charities in question are Action Against Hunger and the American Red Cross. As the sale goes on, more games will be added to the list.
My Opinion:
Humble Bundle continues to show that gamers are not as violent or angry as the media paints them to be. It’s a wonderful drive that I wish I can be a part of every time a new bundle comes out. You are getting quite a few good games here. Any chance that gamers can experience Spec Ops: The Line is good enough for me.
Jesse Webster really wants you to play Spec Ops: The Line. You can find him at Twitter.
