Sony and From Software have started to roll out invites for Bloodborne Alpha tests. PlayStation 4 owners will either get an email from Sony about the tests, or you can go to Sony’s website and try to get enrolled into the limited Alpha Beta. Unfortunately, it’s for European gamers only right now.
Bloodborne is the next game from Dark Souls and Demon’s Souls creator Hidetaka Miyazaki. Unlike the Souls games, Bloodborne will have its own mythology and gameplay tweaks. But like the Souls games, it will retain its high difficulty. Bloodborne doesn’t have a firm release date yet, but it is expected for release in early 2015 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
My Opinion:
I signed on as soon as I heard about this, and assuming I don’t have to worry about any NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), I’ll post my thoughts, and possibly gameplay footage on it IF I can get into the Alpha Beta. Considering that it’s for Europe only, I don’t think I have chance to get into it. I loved Dark Souls, and I can’t wait to play this. There will be no promises though, please keep that in mind.
