The newest trailer for The Evil Within was unveiled late last night during Sony’s Asia Tokyo Game Show Conference. The new trailer shows some of the horrors you’ll face during The Evil Within.

Shinji Mikami, creator of the Resident Evil series, returns to horror after an 11 year break. His last horror game, Resident Evil 4, was released in 2005 for the GameCube and later ported to numerous platforms. It has also garnered numerous “Best Of” awards and is considered one of the greatest games of all time.

Mikami-San’s new game,The Evil Within, centers around a detective who gets thrown inside an insane asylum as he tries to fight his way out. You can watch the new trailer below.

The Evil Within will be released on October 14th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

My Opinion:

I can’t wait for this game. Having Shinji Mikami to make a horror game is a must play for me, and I hope I can play it for Halloween. It’s like what Resident Evil would have looked like if Shinji Mikami continue to make Resident Evil games.
