An upgraded GTA: San Andreas is coming to Xbox 360!

Xbox 360 users will be able to get a ticket to the original Los Santos as Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is coming to Xbox 360 with full achievement support among other new upgrades!

Rockstar made the announcement on their support page following a leak from Xbox Achievements suggesting that a remake with achievements would be releasing soon. Along with the achievements, the game will also be in 720p and draw distances have been increased.

Rockstar has also stated that players who previously bought it on Games on Demand will not get the new version for free and will have to pay the original price (not yet announced) but will be able to play the original version like they did beforehand.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will be released on November 26th, the tenth anniversary of the original game release in North America.

My Opinion:

Great to see one of the best GTA’s getting a remaster, although, I do wish it was for next gen and a full remake but maybe that’s to come. I am excited for the achievements, but I’m not too sure if I’ll get it as I bought the Games on Demand version.
