BioShock Infinite Gets a Rerelease Date

2K Games has officially announced when BioShock Infinite: The Complete Edition will be available.

The game will launch on November 4th for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. PC is not scheduled to get this rerelease.

The Complete Edition will include the original BioShock Infinite, plus DLC’s Clash in the Clouds and Burial at Sea Episode 1 and 2. The bundle will also hold all weapons and gear from the Industrial Revolution, Upgrade, and Early Bird Special packs. All of this will be priced at $40.

BioShock Infinite is the third installment in the BioShock series, following Booker Dewitt as he traverses 1912 Columbia, a flying city, and fights to rescue the young Elizabeth.

My Opinion:

I played BioShock Infinite when it originally came out, and I absolutely adored almost everything about it. Unfortunately, before the DLC was released, the platform I was replaying it on met with tragedy, and I never got the opportunity to play it again. While I’d much prefer a rerelease on next-gen consoles (so I can get a taste of that sweet DLC), this is a great opportunity for those who have yet to experience one of 2013’s greatest shooters, and at a fair price too!
