Sword Art Online: Lost Song is coming to both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita next year. While Bandai Namco has yet to announce any plans for the action RPG title to come to the west, Bandai Namco has announced that the game is getting an English localisation.
As of now, Sword Art Online: Lost Song will be receiving an English localisation in Asia. In addition, according to an interview with Siliconera, the game’s producer, Yosuke Futami, has promised that the game will have better English translations compared to the previous title, Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment.
I quite enjoyed Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment, and I see potential in the franchise. As was the case with Hollow Fragment, Bandai Namco originally launched the English localisation of the game first in Asia before they made the announcement that the game would be coming to the West. I believe this will also be the case with Sword Art Online: Lost Song.
