In case you’ve been waiting since Gamescom for more news on Xbox One’s version of Smite, we have good news!
According to the PAX Australia recap video, COO of developer Hi-Rez Studios, Todd Harris, says that Smite on Xbox One will be going into closed beta in early 2015. Even better, the MOBA title will be hitting consoles mid-way through the year.

Smite originally released on March 25, 2014 only on PC, and (as mentioned before) was announced as an upcoming Xbox One title through the ID@Xbox program.
My Opinion:
Is it just me, or do MOBA’s need more representation on consoles? I’ve never actually tried dipping my toe into the dense MOBA ecosystem, but I’ve simply been waiting for something to catch my eyes on consoles.
