Get Your First Look at Telltale’s Game of Thrones, Due Out Tomorrow

Last Monday, Telltale Games released the premiere trailer for its game series based on HBO‘s popular Game of Thrones television show.

The episodic game series will feature 13 characters from House Forrester, with five of those being playable. Check out the trailer below:

While Telltale Games’ series usually run five episodes in length, this will be their first series to run six episodes long. The first episode, Iron From Ice, will be released this Tuesday, December 2nd, on PC, Mac, and PlayStation 4 in North America. Xbox One, Xbox 360, and European PlayStation 4 owners can download the episode from December 3rd. iOS users will gain access the following day, December 4th, and PlayStation 3 users all over the world can play starting December 9th.

Telltale has been busy lately, as they also just released Tales from the Borderlands, another episodic series based on Gearbox Software‘s Borderlands franchise.

My Opinion:

I will play this because I love everything Telltale does. But I won’t play it until I watch the show, and I’m waiting for HBO Go to be a subscription service before I can do that. It may be a while before I can experience the awesomeness myself, but I know it will be worth it.
