Congratulations Yacht Club Games!

Shovel Knight has now sold over 300,000 copies across Wii U, 3DS and PC according to Yacht Club Games’ Tweet.

Shovel Knight is a platformer heavily inspired by NES games such as: Mega Man, Super Mario Bros. 3, Castlevania and many more. Shovel Knight won Indie game of the year at the Video Game Awards and has just been announced for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It was Yacht Club Games first game and received high critical reviews from many websites including Middle of Nowhere Gaming.

My Opinion:

I think this is great news for Yacht Club Games. I loved Shovel Knight and I’m glad that the studio has been successful with it. I can’t wait to see more people enjoying this indie gem on PS4 and Vita.
