One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 has been announced by Bandai Namco to be released next year in Europe and North America.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 releases in Japan on March 28th, and it is rumored that the North American and European versions of the game will release sometime in summer of 2015.  The game is going to be available for the PS3, PS4, PS Vita and Steam.

My Opinion:

I really hope that I get a chance to play this game.  I am also very happy to see this game coming to Steam as well.
