Assassin’s Creed Unity DLC Given Release Date

Assassin’s Creed Unity’s upcoming free apology DLC called Dead Kings will be released on January 13th for Xbox One and PC, and January 14th for PlayStation 4.

The DLC continues Arno’s story after the events of the game, and will send players to explore the deep catacombs of French rulers where they will find hidden secrets.

According to Ubisoft, Dead Kings will give players a new weapon called the Guillotine gun, as well as a new part of France for more traversal and exploration, and it will be populated with new missions.

My Opinion:

I haven’t picked up AC Unity, so I’m not excited for this DLC, but I am interested in it for Ubisoft’s sake. After the controversy surrounding their incomplete game at launch, they will want to deliver a complete experience from here on out or more backlash will ensue. They got it right by offering it for free. Now they just have to follow through.
