In today’s Nintendo Direct, Capcom and Nintendo revealed Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate’s release date for Nintendo 3DS.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate for Nintendo 3DS is releasing on February 13th. Along side the new game, there will be a limited edition for the New Nintendo 3DS, the new version of the Nintendo 3DS family which will also be released by itself on the same day.
The Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate New Nintendo 3DS will be $229.99 and it will have the game pre-installed on the system. You can pre-order it exclusively at GameStop.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate can also be played on the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL, and Nintendo 2DS. Shortly before the game is released, there will be a special demo where you can try out all the new classes, hunt three unique monsters, play local and online multiplayer, play single player and learn everything you need to know about Monster Hunter.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will be released on February 13th for all Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS systems.
My Opinion:
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate was the first 3DS game I played. While I had some fun with it, I knew that it would be best to have a second stick for the camera. Thankfully, the New Nintendo 3DS provides a stick so I can’t wait to try out the demo for the game. I won’t get the game right away, but it will be on the list of games to get for 2015. I just need to get a New Nintendo 3DS first somehow.
