Earlier in the week, Daybreak Game Company’s president John Smedley announced that H1Z1 has passed 1 million sales on Steam.
In case you were not aware, H1Z1 is a “survival sandbox massively multiplayer online game” that is currently in its Early Access phase on Steam.
Right now you can buy the Early Access version for $19.99 on the Steam Store. Eventually, H1Z1 will be free-to-play on both PC and PlayStation 4 (and possibly Xbox One).
My Opinion:
Huge congrats to Daybreak Game Company! I have put in about 15 hours into H1Z1 so far and I love it (in a frustrating way)! You can tell its Early Access with all of the bugs, but it is so fun when you have a friend to play with. I hope H1Z1 continues to see success and I can’t wait for it to officially launch down the road!
