PlayStation Plus Games for April 2015

PlayStation owners, your PlayStation Plus games have been announced for April 2015.

For those who own a PlayStation 4, you can enjoy Tower of Guns, a roguelike first-person shooter where players use a variety of guns and power-ups to take on multiple arenas and bosses. Though the game could be completed in an hour or two, the random experiences encourages many playthroughs on both PS4 and PlayStation 3. The second game for this month is an interesting puzzle platformer called Never Alone. The title focuses on a young Inupiaq girl and an arctic fox as they traverse the icy terrain of Alaska. Based on indigenous Alaskan folklore, the game is not only fun but also educational.

PS3 owners also get the amazing stealth action game Dishonored, which follows the tale of Corvo. Try to recover his reputation as he is accused of murdering the Empress and kidnapping her daughter. Joining it is Aaru’s Awakening, a 2D platformer with handdrawn graphics and a monster on a classic quest to demolish evil. Aaru’s Awakening is Cross-buy with PS4.

Vita owners will also get something to love in Killzone: Mercenary. Here, players take the role of a mercenary fighting for both sides in the Helgan war between Killzone 2 and Killzone 3. For more, check out our review. Also, MonsterBag is coming to the Instant Game Collection on Vita. In this puzzle game, a monster named V is trying to get to his friend without scaring people.

Don’t forget to pick up your March PlayStation Plus titles before they expire on April 7th.

My Opinion:

I have mixed feelings about these offerings. I will enjoy Tower of Guns and possibly Aaru’s Awakening, but I don’t have very strong feelings this time around. What are you excited for?
