Publisher Atlus has announced that they will be bringing The Legend of Legacy to Nintendo 3DS for North America later this year.
This RPG game charges players to “unravel the secret agendas each one of seven explorers” as an ominous island appears in the middle of the ocean. In an interesting announcement, the trailer also showcases that even after you complete the game, you’re able to replay with “a different take on the story”.

Though no date has been finalized, The Legend of Legacy will be released digitally and physically this holiday season for $40.

My Opinion:
It’s exciting to see another RPG game come state-side. What intrigues me the most is the bit about “a different take on the story”. What could this mean? Alternate perspective? More backstory? Deeper implications? Regardless, The Legend of Legacy has certainly piqued my interest and will now be on my radar.
