Grand Kingdom Gets More Exciting News

NIS America, the publisher of Grand Kingdom, has revealed a plethora of new items for the upcoming game.

Four new characters, which were originally Japan DLC, will be available at no additional cost in the North American and European versions. The new characters, Valkyrie, Archer, Noble, Paladin and Dark Knight, brings the total amount of character classes to 17.

With this, the Four Great Nation campaigns that were also DLC for the Japanese version of the game will be included. Each campaign for the four individual nations will include nine chapters and will add 36 new chapters to the game. New characters will be added from each nation and more insight will be discovered in the world of Resonail.

If you’re looking to purchase Grand Kingdom digitally, players can pre-order on the PlayStation Network and save 10% from the price, unlock an exclusive theme, and recieve four Charm Scrolls (re-customization tool for your characters).

Grand Kingdom will arrive to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on June 21st in North America and June 17th in Europe.

My Opinion:

This is some awesome news. Getting additional characters and chapters to a game that was once DLC is a wonderful added bonus to the newer versions. The 10% price discount is nice and hopefully the exclusive theme is worth it and not just a lame splash of photos. The more I hear about this game, the more intriguing it’s becoming. Looks like I’ll have to wait until June 21st to try this bad boy out.
