“A History of Ninja Theory” Video Spotlights the Developer’s Past and Future

Developer Ninja Theory has released a video highlighting its history of games on its YouTube channel.

Operating out of Cambridge, UK, Ninja Theory burst onto the scene with its first title Heavenly Sword on PlayStation 3 in 2007. Since then, the studio has worked on a variety of titles from the cult-favorite Enslaved: Odyssey to the West to the 2013 collaboration with Capcom, DmC: Devil May Cry.

The video spotlights not only the company’s history of games, but the art direction, animation, combat, and cinematics that go into making them. All of this is scored to an intense, rocking soundtrack, check out the video below.

My Opinion:

I’ve really started to pay attention to the development team, with their excellent series of Hellblade developer diaries. I look forward to hopefully hearing about a release date and new gameplay trailer for Ninja Theory’s upcoming title soon.
