Geekend Update 02/10/17

Just because summer is beginning to dwindle down, doesn’t mean the adventures have to!  Here is where you can find out all of our crazy plans for the upcoming weekend!

Harry Loizides, Editor in Chief: My first playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D is progressing nicely and I look forward to clocking in some more time with Hyrule. In between the frustrations of Zelda, I’m exploring the upcoming puzzle game Semispheres (review incoming).

Darius Purse, Executive Editor: With UFC 208 going down this weekend, I think I will put some rounds into EA Sports UFC 2. I picked it up for cheap during the holiday season, but really haven’t had much time to spend playing it.

Adam Leonard, Senior Editor: Nioh. Nioh. Nioh. Nioh. Nioh. Nioh. Nioh. Sensing a trend? I got killed by a wall that was actually a demon, what a world!

Chris Cobb, Associate Editor: I mostly plan on revisiting some old classics from my childhood, like Spider-Man on PlayStation, Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, and maybe a sprinkle of Marvel Ultimate Alliance. One of these is not like the others… mostly because it aged like poop. Guess which one!

Jeremy Lelacheur, Associate Writer: This lovely weekend I will be slaying my foes on the thrilling For Honor Beta. I’ll also be playing some Minecraft with my friend. In conclusion lots and lots of sword fighting!

Brett Williams, Associate Writer: Fire Emblem Heroes has done nothing if it hasn’t ignited my desire to play more Fire Emblem. It looks like my 3DS ambassador copy of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones will finally see the light of day this weekend.

What have YOU been up to this weekend?
