Kumail Nanjiani Joins Mass Effect Andromeda Voice Cast

For many gamers having the opportunity to appear in an adored franchise would be a dream come true. But what happens when the role offered doesn’t quite measure up in scope or significance expected?

Such is the predicament for stand-up comedian/actor Kumail Nanjiani. Bioware has released a comedic video revealing him as part of the Mass Effect Andromeda voice cast in an unusual role. He won’t get to be a badass space commander or terrifying alien dragon, but he will get to portray a ………..disrespected space frog.

Mass Effect Andromeda releases March 21st on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.

My Opinion:

It’s cool to see Kumail in the game. He has a distinct voice, is really funny, and I know he’s a big gamer. I use to be a big fan of the Indoor Kids podcast he used to host with his wife Emily V Gordon. Space frog or not, being in Mass Effect Andromeda sounds like a cool gig.
