Every month Xbox users get access to free games via the Games with Gold program. April is no different. There has been no official announcement but a leak from Xbox Australia shows us what to expect.

Ryse: 1st – 30th

Ryse takes place in Rome’s darkest ages. It’s a medieval sword slasher which earned a 7.5 out of 10 in Kendrick’s Ryse Review from MONG.

The Walking Dead Season Two: 16th – May 15th

The Walking Dead games are beloved by almost all zombie game fans. Made by TellTale, you get easy mechanics and an amazing, heart tugging story.

Darksiders: 1st – 15th

Darksiders is a game similar to Dark Souls. It’s a sword and spell game that’s naturally difficult. It has creative environments and is widely considered a decent game.

Assassin’s Creed Revelations: 16th – 30th

In this installment you play as the beloved character in the AC universe, Ezio. Revelations is a great Assassin’s Creed game with plenty to do, and plenty of story to play.

My Opinion:

I have always love the Games with Gold program and it’s nice to see some solid games in the line up. Also seeing Assassin’s Creed in here brings me back to when I first got into the AC games via a previous Games with Gold.
