Star Wars: Attack Squadron Cancelled!

Attack Squadron, announced first in December, was thought to be the spiritual successor to X-Wing, but things didn’t go as well as planned

Recently, the games Facebook page announced the cancellation of the game with a sincere thanks to the players who were so dedicated to the beta.  The developers said, “After much consideration, we have decided to cease development so that we can focus on other Star Wars game experiences. “

My Opinion:

While it’s always sad to see an anticipated game get cancelled, it’s usually for a good reason. I think it’s great that Disney is going to be focusing more on the console games which can only benefit from this, so there at least is a silver lining.
